The human being is full of inner unconscious, or partly conscious, impulses. People do and say immoral and destructive things that they later regret. Pulled into the foolishness of their lower natures.
Develop the power of awareness and become conscious of these inner subconscious impulses, and gain the ability to reject the destructive and base impulses you are now slave to.
