Moral Escapism, The ways you try to escape morality

The ways you try to escape morality are many.

Alcohol, Drugs, Sex, Entertainment, Food, Music, Relationships that support your flight from morality, Your involvements at work, Your Pains, Fears and Angers.

If you would be still long enough you would start getting an uncomfortable feeling which you label as "boredom".

If you do not run from this experience, like you have always done in the past, into some immorality, moral reality will return to you.


One of the qualities of God is that he is morally perfect. Because He is morally perfect and you are far from it, you will get uncomfortable when He tries to draw you near to Him. Since you are not aware of what is really going on or you don't want to have anything to do with God, you morally run from Him.
